Meet Destiny! 2022 Climber Girl – Cabernet Sauvignon
Bold and captivating, Destiny is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Airport Ranch Estate Vineyard in the heart of Yakima Valley. Aged for 19 months in a combination of 20% new French oak, 25% three-year-old French oak, and 55% neutral oak, this wine reflects both structure and elegance.
Appearance Deep garnet in color with rich, inky hues that hint at its concentration and depth.
Nose Expressive aromas of black currant, cassis, and blackberry jam lead the way, layered with notes of seared sandalwood, graphite, and a touch of subtle oak spice.
Palate Full-bodied and complex, the palate unfolds with flavors of dark fruit, licorice, and pomegranate, complemented by hints of cherry juice. Lush, structured tannins provide weight and texture, while balanced acidity carries the wine to a long, smooth, and lingering finish.
